Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident buying ContextShift Pro. If it's not right for you, getting a refund is simple and handled entirely by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy.
How to request a refund
-
Find your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. It was sent to the email address you used at checkout immediately after purchase. Your order number is in the subject line.
-
Visit the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — a link is included in your purchase receipt email — or email thecynicdev@gmail.com with your order number.
-
Lemon Squeezy will process your refund. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
What qualifies for a refund
- Any purchase made within the last 14 days, for any reason
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Extension stops functioning after a browser update and a fix cannot be released within 30 days
What does not qualify
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Licenses that have been shared or transferred to another user
International buyers
Our 14-day refund policy meets or exceeds consumer protection requirements in most jurisdictions including the European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as Merchant of Record and handle regional compliance automatically. If local laws in your country provide additional rights beyond this policy, those rights are not affected.
After a refund
Your Pro license will be deactivated once a refund is confirmed. You can continue using ContextShift on the Free tier indefinitely — up to 5 workspaces with no time limit.
